Google Ads API and Internal Business Reporting

Photo Studio Calgary operates a private, internal reporting dashboard used only by the business owner to manage the company’s advertising and finances. This tool is not available to the public, is not sold or licensed to any third party, and has no public user accounts.

With our own authorisation, this dashboard reads:

Google Ads reporting data from our own advertising accounts — including campaign names, cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, search terms and related performance metrics — accessed through the Google Ads API in read-only mode.
Sales data from our own point-of-sale terminals — transaction totals and item counts from our own stores.

This dashboard performs no advertising management of any kind. It does not create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, budgets, keywords or ads. It does not access any Google account other than our own. It does not collect, process or store personal information about our customers or about any member of the public.

All data retrieved by the dashboard is stored locally on the business owner’s own computer. It is not uploaded to any cloud service, not shared with any third party, and not used for advertising, profiling or resale.

Limited Use. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through the Google Ads API is used solely to produce internal financial and advertising reports for our own business, and for no other purpose.
